What’s happening to the housing supply in the Treasure Valley?
According to landproDATA, in 2024 there are 10,387 vacant lots (lots in recorded subdivisions without a building permit issued) in inventory, continuing the trend of increasing each year since 2018. Newly issued building permits increased in 2023 but still remain low when compared to pre 2022 numbers.
